Issues with Ally

I just now used the feed for the first time. I experienced the following after a fill: I have 4 Ally Bank accounts. Let’s call them accounts A,B,C,D. Starting from 06/14/24, transactions for account A that had been filled previously were duplicated to accounts B,C,D. So now there are 3 duplicate transactions for each legitimate transaction. The original account A did not have duplicates created. I can delete these fairly easily but will wait to hear back before proceeding further. Let me know what additional detail I can provide.

I started a thread here on the issues with Ally. It doesn’t appear to have anything to do with the Excel add-on (I use Google Sheets), but rather seems to be a general data quality issue involving Yodlee’s interface with Ally.

Thanks, I will check. This just started today? I had no issues until then.

Just confirming here that it looks like I am having the same Ally issue that dmetiller reported and it does not appear to be related to the interface update.

We’re aware of this issue and there is also an Institution Alert for Ally so we expect that this behavior is due to that alert.
