Issues with LendingClub?

My feed hasn’t been updated in over a month so I tried to manually update it. It gives me the MFA challenge and I submit - it clocks for a few min then gives me the pop up dialogue that says account not found or closed.

It’s neither of those.

Any suggestions?

The Institution Alerts sheet shows the following:

So, the ETA is today. Hopefully it is resolved later today.

If not, you can check the Institution Alerts for updated status.

As far as manually updating your account, can you provide a little more context? Do you mean manually refreshing to get new transactions and balance or manually entering the current balance?

I feel like an idiot not knowing about the alerts page. I promise I searched (albeit ineffectively).

Manually update - I hit refresh on the accounts page. The result was a login attempt, the MFA challenge, then a dialogue box that said “Requested Data is unavailable at LendingClub”. The next paragraph said “We’re unable to find the requested account type of an account at this site has been closed. Reach out to use via chat at ”

There is a link to file a ticket and send in some additional information to support.
