Has anyone else had issues in the past week or so with add-ons such as AutoCat? Sometimes, my budget sheet doesn’t load all of the add-ons. Sometimes it doesn’t load any. I’ve had to reinstall AutoCat twice to get it to work, and now it’s failing again. I’ve tried opening the sheet in different browsers on different computers. I’ve also tried clearing cache and cookie data. No luck.

Are you still seeing failures with your installed add-ons? I haven’t heard others reporting this issue with add-ons here in the community or other support channels.

@heather I’m actually seeing this same issue. My latest issue is that the Add-On stops loading partway through page load and then upon completion it becomes inaccessible. The entire “Add-Ons” tab / section in Google Sheets itself is grayed out and unclickable.
Do you have a solve for this? Thanks in advance.
@heather I submitted an official ticket and after some troubleshooting with Support, it appears I just need to delete and recreate my entire feed. I would need to migrate any customizations. It’s a bummer, and I haven’t had a chance to go through the process yet.

i am trying to install the BUDGET PLAN add on. i have successfully used other templates. for some reason when search then click on it nothing happens, except i get a "Find and add the best solutions from the Tiller Community to your Tiller-powered Google Sheet. " screen with nothing listed .what am i missing? I tried a different browser too.
I had to search for it, but found it under PLANNING. Im all set5 now.
