Kinecta bank feed issue April 2024

My Kinecta accounts have stopped refreshing 4 days ago. I have re-authenticated and confirmed with Kinecta that there doesn’t appear to be any issues on their side. Does anyone have the same issue? and if so, how did you resolve it?
