Hi, Xceed Financial (XFCU) was recently acquired by Kinecta. I deleted my XFCU accounts and set up a Kinecta connection in the Tiller feed - however, I can only see a “line of credit” in Tiller, and not the Kinecta
checking or savings accounts I use. I did see that Kinecta is listed in the Institution outages… I am able to connect just fine, it just does not return my accounts. I am also unable to reestablish a connection to XFCU and restore my old XFCU accounts. Is there anything else I can try?

Have you opened a support case with the Customer Success team?
That is the best way to resolve bank feed issues.
