Labs manual transaction issue

I am getting error when reconciling manual transactions:

Reconcile Update

Failed

Could not find all requested transaction IDs.

When Reconciling,

  • Amount must match exactly
  • Date must be within your specified range (set in the sidebar)
  • An exact match on one of these fields: Account ID , Account # or Account

I’m getting this error too. All the transaction match but as soon as I hit reconcile transactions it gives me that error. I double checked the amounts/dates/accounts and they all match. It all seems fine till I hit reconcile transactions. Any ideas?
