Manual account not updating using tiller money feeds

Hello,

I have a manual cash account where I enter incoming cash through Tiller Money Feeds. I recently added a transaction and noticed that it did not update the cash account in the balance sheet. I deleted the row and tried again. I also tried to update the balance manually with no luck.

Hi Todd, did you check the Update balance in Balance History option?

Hi Mark. Yes, I did. I even restored the template. No change. This has happened in the past. But I haven’t had to add cash manually in quite a while.

Does the update happen in the Balance History sheet?

You may need to unhide that sheet:

It does show in Balance History. But not in Account Balances.

That did the trick Marc. I truly appreciate your help. Hopefully this will be fixed in the near future.
