Mechanics Bank - feed has not been loading for one month. What's up?

If you are having trouble connecting to an account, I would first recommend checking the Known Data Feed Issues & Workarounds.

I do not see Mechanics Bank listed on the dashboard, so the next step would be to reach out to Tiller support.

  1. Look for the chat icon on the bottom right of the Tiller console.

  2. Click on “Send us a message”
  3. Select “Account connection question”
  4. Select “Error when refreshing”
  5. Select “I’ve already been trying for a week”
  6. Follow the instructions given by the chatbot, including a screenshot of any errors and any other requested information.
