If you are having trouble connecting to an account, I would first recommend checking the Known Data Feed Issues & Workarounds.
I do not see Mechanics Bank listed on the dashboard, so the next step would be to reach out to Tiller support.
- Look for the chat icon on the bottom right of the Tiller console.
- Click on “Send us a message”
- Select “Account connection question”
- Select “Error when refreshing”
- Select “I’ve already been trying for a week”
- Follow the instructions given by the chatbot, including a screenshot of any errors and any other requested information.
