Multiples of the same transaction due to multiple credit cards under one business account - how to fix


My wife and I have a business credit card at amex. She has her own card and I have my own card under the same account. All our purchases are duplicating on tiller transaction tab. I hoped that unpairing one of the two business cards under the linked accounts tab would fix the issue however there is only one global link to the amex login in the accounts tab. Any way to fix the duplication of transactions?
