PayPal Account linkage

I’ve added my PayPal account, and I’ve linked it to my workbook. However, it is not showing in the workbook as an Account on the Account sheet, nor in the sidebar as a linked account. I do notice that there is not an account number associated with this account.

How do I get the link function to work and have the account show up in my workbook?
