Tiller data import errors

New user, searched for, but could not find an answer.

I am seeing gross errors in the data Tiller extracted from my bank record. For example, Four of 6 paychecks missing, with no change in payee or other special circumstance.

The data was updated but is missing transactions. Does anyone have insight on this?

I reached out and received no response. I’m getting frustrated. I’m in the trial period and want to cancel.
