Aside from copy/paste, is there a quick tip for copying the 2019 actuals to the 2020 budget values?
This assuming the value is not the same every month.
This is a little confusing to me. If you had actuals for all of 2019 you’d have x12 your category amounts. I don’t think that’s what you want, right? Would you rather see your average of actuals for each category for 2019?

No, I’m pretty sure I just want actuals. Average dollars doesn’t really help me for planning what recurring significant expenses to plan for.
I have a feeling that I should be thinking more about cash flow than budgeting.

Okay, I think I just misunderstood the question. If you’re using the Foundation Template and multi-year budget option you can just use a formula =[cell] to have it fill the same amount. Not sure if that helps, but maybe more work than just copy/paste
