I’m having an issue loading my Amazon CSV purchase history. An odd error message appears every time I try to load the CSV file, even trying different upload mechanisms, rebooting, signing in and out.
Please advise if I’m doing something wrong on the import, or if there’s a system error.

I see the same issue. I’m a first time user of the csv import, so I’m also not sure if I’m doing something wrong

I believe this issue should be resolved now. Our dev team pushed a fix last week.
