Wrong accounts associated with correct account # and correct institution?

Hi:

I just noticed that the “account” associated with all of my “account #” and “institutions” are random, and often wrong. Is there something I missed? I have, say, my personal checking account, listed as xxxx1234, and many charges show the account as “my personal checking.” But there are also a lot that show “Grocery credit card” or some other account that’s NOT my checking.

Maybe the easier way to explain this is: For one account # I have different accounts associated with it for different transactions.

Did something get messed up or ?..
