Fidelity Visa transactions not downloading

I have the Fidelity Visa cards linked to our Fidelity login ids. I am getting updated balances, but no new transactions since 9/25. I know that there are transactions and the balance is changing as appropriate.

I usually notice about a day delay for the transactions (compared to when I used the Elan Financial login for these credit cards)

Interesting. Now that you mention it, I don’t see any transactions for our Fidelity card since Sept. 24th, and 4 have posted. Hopefully, this will correct itself without the duplicates and/or reversed signs that previously plagued this account.

Thanks for the link to RTFM. The documentation is excellent, and I’ve read it. I assume Martha has too. In this case, it doesn’t help me. I’ve gone through the reconfiguration and subsequent clean up. That was months ago, and everything was fine until now. This is new behavior. As I said, I’ll wait and see if it resolves itself over the weekend.

Thanks @Clint.C . As @sas.solstice said, I also reconfigured and cleaned up these accounts a few months ago, and everything has been working smoothly until the the last few days.

Fidelity is not on the Institution Alerts page right now. I am getting updated balance information only for the visa cards. Other Fidelity accounts using the same login ID are getting updated balances and transactions.

I mainly posted to see if I was the only one and should be reaching out to Tiller Support for help. Since at least one other person is seeing the same thing, I’ll also wait out the weekend and hope to see all the missing transactions soon.

Yes, it’s working for me as of Monday, Sept. 30th. Thanks for checking.

I’d say mostly working. It missed several transactions completely from the end of last week, coinciding with the closing date of the statement. Today it downloaded 2 transactions again that it also downloaded yesterday. All the other Fidelity accounts are working perfectly with the same login.

I’ll let you know if I continue to see weird double downloads. I prefer double downloads to missing downloads. :grin:

It’s not working for me. Transactions that show as posted on 10/1-3 are no in my Tiller sheet.

Transactions seem to have caught up, but I’ll keep an eye on it.
