Linked Accounts link not working in Feed add-on

I recently joined Tiller Money. I set-up one spreadsheet which worked fine for couple of days. Today I added another Google sheet and wanted to add few of my accounts (different from first spreadsheet). But When I clicked on “Linked Accounts” button in right hand panel, nothing happened. All other buttons/links in Feed add-on are working fine. I tried again with first spreadsheet then and “Linked Accounts” also stopped working there. I tried to sign out and sign in again, remove and add back add-on but it didn’t work. I searched through community but didn’t find anything related to my issue

Has anybody experienced this before? If yes, what was the resolution?

@PMusale We have heard of a few individuals that have experienced the same issue you have run into.

You can use the below steps as a workaround for linking your accounts.

  1. Log into your Tiller Console at https://sheets.tillerhq.com/auth/google.
  2. Scroll down to the name of the sheet and use the down arrow to expand details.
  3. Use the checkboxes to connect the new account to the sheet.
  4. Repeat that for any other sheets where you’d like to see transactions from this account.
