Monthly Budget Sheet Mistreating Misformatting Categories - What Did I Do?

Mark.S or anyone. Sorry for this quite basic followup question but not sure how to reinstall monthly budget sheet. I reviewed this earlier post but it is several years old, and not sure of myself.

Budget Sheet (or template) deleted, don't know how to reinstall

Somehow my budget sheet (or template) is no longer working. I deleted it and tried to reinstall. Can’t seem to figure out how. I know this is remedial for most of you… help would be appreciated.
