Navient isn’t updating on the “Balance” or “Balance History” sheets. Already tried updating log-in. Other accounts load fine. Is there something that might be stopping the balances from loading?
Can you please double check that the accounts are linked to the sheet where you’re expecting to see them? Add-ons > Tiller Money Feeds > Linked Accounts
You can also always reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org about these types of data feed issues.
Is Navient completely broken for anyone else? I haven’t had it working for over 2 months.
