Randomly missing transactions

Hi,

I’m missing seemingly random transactions from USAA, enough so that calculations are off by nearly 50%. There was an outage with USAA, but that cleared and the problem continues to happen. When I go to the USAA website and export the transactions via CSV then they’re correct. Any ideas?
