Hi @turnepf - since Mac OS 15 is a beta version as far as I understand and not widely released until Fall 2024, could it be related to that? Did it work fine upon the initial install of that new version and then stopped working sometime later? Not sure if it helps but there was a recent thread about a similar issue in Chrome here:
I’ve tested it just now with Mac OS 14.5 and Safari 17.5 and it works as expected for me.
I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://my.tillerhq.com/
Thanks @KyleT, I suspected that. I’m also running pre-release Safari. Tis the downside of the latest features!
Thanks @morgan. I’ll do that!
Were you able to get this fixed? We do have a guide here with some common troubleshooting tips.
It’s not, but I’m just using Chrome in the meantime. (I don’t like to, but it won’t kill me!)
Glad you were able to find a way to use Tiller. We’ve found gSheets and Safari don’t play very nice in between updates and issues like this occur between the two every so often.
